Order Tracking – Manatomy

Manatomy order tracking allows you to follow your delivery progress, understand Australia Post updates, and know what to expect if tracking information has not yet appeared.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track it directly via Australia Post using your tracking number:

Important Information About Tracking Updates

Manatomy dispatches orders from a major Australian town / city, using Australia Post’s national logistics network.

Please note that Australia Post tracking does not always update immediately after dispatch. In many cases:

  • Parcels are in transit before the first scan appears
  • Tracking may not update until the item reaches a major Australia Post fulfilment or sorting centre
  • This is normal, especially during peak periods or when parcels move between facilities overnight

A lack of early tracking scans does not mean your order has been delayed or lost.


Typical Tracking Timeframes

While delivery times vary by destination and service type:

  • Tracking usually becomes visible within 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Rural, regional, or remote destinations may take longer to show initial scans
  • Public holidays and peak periods (sales events, Christmas, etc.) can extend scan times

Once tracking activates, updates generally appear regularly until delivery.


What To Do If Tracking Has Not Updated

If a significant amount of time has passed and your tracking has not updated, we’re happy to help.

Please email support@manatomy.com.au and include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Any helpful details (for example: secure apartment access, unit number, or known delivery issues)

Address Changes & Delivery Assistance

  • Before dispatch:
    If you need to amend your delivery address before your order enters transit, contact us as soon as possible at support@manatomy.com.au.
  • After dispatch:
    Once an item is in transit, delivery management is handled by Australia Post. For the fastest assistance, please visit:

Our Commitment

We monitor dispatches closely and work with Australia Post to ensure orders move through the network efficiently. Temporary gaps in tracking updates are a normal part of the national delivery process, particularly before parcels reach major fulfilment centres.
