Instructions | Place the Silicone Sleeve over your penis, keeping the larger opening of the sleeve under the head of the penis. With the head of your penis exposed, slide the glands into the Suction Cup and carefully place the silicone over the suction cup. Alternatively place the larger end of the Silicone Sleeve over the Suction Cup, invert the sleeve over the cup to slide your penis head in. Carefully roll the sleeve over your penis.

Now the sleeve is on your penis, slowly twist for a gentle suction to your member. Attach the Adjustable Belt to the Suction Cup and adjust for a comfortable stretch.

Different stretches can be achieved with placement of the Silicone Sleeve: Place sleeve over your head / half of your penis length to stretch the mid section of your penis. Place the sleeve over the entire penis to the base to stretch the pelvic skin into the base of your cock. Foreskin stretching can also be achieved. Pull the skin over the head, using the Sleeve to keep in skin forward.  Keep the skin over the head and suction to stretch.
